As the chilly air nips at our skin, we find ourselves turning inward, seeking comfort in the warming memories of our recent collaboration with the incredible local talent at the Tiny Farm, Big Table fundraiser.

We brought the streets of Mumbai to Roberts Creek with our vegetarian samosas, infused with aromatic spices and flaky pastry.

The selection of dipping sauces accompanying the savoury samosas was a true delight for the senses. First there was the sweet and tangy imli, or tamarind chutney. Then the sweet mango chutney, which offered a burst of fresh, fruity flavour with shredded mango; but perhaps the most captivating of the trio was the vibrant green chutney, a spicy concoction made from an array of fresh herbs, chillies and coconut.
