My January AIM mix is out now, get it while it's hot and warm up from these frigid temps.

As always, these are played live, so pardon the occasional flub, as it's all about the music - my favourite producers and labels always have something that just catches my breath and reminds me why I fell in love with this music all over again. So head's up, there is a lot of progressive (or deep, now) trance in this mix, along with some progressive house, techno and just the hint of some psychedelia.

Another monthly mix I'm making sure to check out on the regular.

Both Enlusion [Forescape Digital] and Daniel Lesden are A&Rs for JOOF Recordings (operated by the venerable John 00 Fleming who's JOOF Radio show is on this list too), the number one selling label on Beatport for Trance (Raw/Deep/Hypnotic) in 2024. (Honorable mention to Forescape Digital, they came in fourth I believe), so these guys know what they are doing.

So if you want to learn more about this music, I'd start there and maybe keep an eye out for the artists and they other labels they feature, beyond what I play.

Will try to showcase more artists and labels this year as there is going to be so much more good music coming!

The underground trance scene is thriving right now, with incredible releases dropping one after another. The sound of this makes me remember why I fell in love with trance music three decades ago!

Also, 2025 marks a quarter century raving!? Just writing that makes me feel old (physically). Mentally, I'm still somewhere in my 20's loving this "new" music with such an obsession.

When you find your sound, you find home, peace, and an adundance of support for all that life throws at you. So grateful I've found mine.
