WOW! Speechless!!! Who knew five months ago when the world began shutting down around us, with the tragedies, losses & heartaches our Nova Scotia community has since had to endure, that wonderful things like this were taking place behind the scenes? With our hospitality & entertainment industry, (that we are most well-known known for worldwide) being the hardest hit by Covid-19, and with the longest and most challenging road ahead to recovery, opening this in today’s mail left me without words. Mike and I cannot thank the wonderful people in our community, where we both live & do business, for supporting us and enabling us to do what we do. Our hearts are full and our souls are fed by being able to showcase that what we have here in this beautiful city and province is nothing short of world class!

I'm not sure what they're talking about - but because we have the friends we do, life is certainly never dull so you need to be celebrated!!! Velocity proudly presented a "Pirates & Privateers" themed evening at Destination Showcase Halifax offering up an "Adventure of the Sea" from start to finish with the "best-of -the-best" from "on", "in" or "near" the sea around us. The Mac&Hawes Trio became the guests' addiction with their amazing vocals, guitars, accordion, mandolin and banjo non-stop performance taking all participants to the point of complete exhaustion at the end of the night by refusing to leave the dance floor :) This is just a teaser to the album of some very memorable moments to follow ... enjoy!

His explosive performance on CTV last evening said it all. With great things in store for him, he will forever do the East Coast proud!

We are thankful for so many live music fans who supported the remarkable Australian talent, Lloyd Speigel, by attending our deck concert evening performance of his first Canadian tour! His incredible performance left everyone speechless and hopeful that the east coast love we showed him means there will be more opportunities to see him here in the future!

Okay all you music lovers and live performance supporters out there, be sure to mark Saturday evening, AUGUST 19th & Friday evening, SEPTEMBER 15th on your calendars for a couple of exciting deck concerts you're not going to want to miss!!!! We can't wait for your reactions to these incredible shows. Only $20 a ticket per show and remember 100% of the proceeds go directly to the artists! (I know, we're crazy but with talents like these guys we really can't help ourselves and just need to share the experience with you - one is performing as a trio and the other comes from as far away as Australia!!!)
