- The space offers 1200sq. with natural light
- Can be used for holding, catering, processing, rehearsals, offices, carpentry
- It has a back entryway with alley access that is large enough for a Cube truck

PRICING:
- Our listed hourly rate is $95/hour
- Day rate is $600

he rental space includes a 20% discount on all wardrobe rentals
- 25% of the fee to hold the location, 25% upon arrival, and the remaining 50% upon wrapping
- Our security deposit is $150
- Modern, private unisex washroom & dressing room
- Use of large Kitchen with fridge, stove and microwave

- Makeup & hair station . Fits 5 - 7 subjects & stylists (included in the rental)
- Clothing steamer on-site (extra charge)
- 2 clothes racks (included in the rental)

EXTRAS (PRICES AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST)
- Over 50,000 wardrobe pieces and accessories (20% discount for renters)
- Rentable parking spaces to park a pottie-on-location, generator, etc.
