Made a really delicious homemade baked Mac n Cheese yesterday! Gruyere, Cheddar and parmesan, topped with panko mixed with melted butter, paprika and fresh parmesan! Soo good!

Got a whole chicken roasting right now, soo much butter 🤤! For the rub I used salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder and italian seasoning, make sure to season the inside aswell. Preheat your oven to 350. Start with a little oil after you dry the chicken completely for the seasoning to stick better. For the pan start it on low, cut a lemon in half and add it to your cast iron skillet, cut a garlic head in half and add to skillet, add fresh rosemary and fresh thyme, then place your chicken inside, then melt half cup of butter and pour over top, for this 2.5lb chicken I'm cooking at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes.
