“Where do I even begin?!!! Tess and her team are SOOO amazing!! My partner and I started off planning our wedding by ourselves, thinking that because we had a clear vision, we would be able to execute it with the help of our venue site coordinator. We later found out just how involved the planning process would be and were so lucky to have a mutual friend connect us with Tess and her team. They were extremely organized, jumping on the ball right away, connected with all of our vendors and made sure that everything ran smoothly. She came to my site visit with my family and ensured that every member of my family’s needs were attended to. She was very approachable and had multiple check ins with us to ensure we always felt comfortable and secure.

Their attention to detail is impeccable (from a very detailed itinerary to amazing decor/tablescape setup). This attention to detail was super well received also by our vendors and our MC who said they always knew what was happening, when and where to be throughout the day. Tess and her team ensured everything ran on time while also giving us the most amount of time to enjoy ourselves and be in the moment- it was the perfect direction we needed!”

Wedding planners CANNOT start coordinating your wedding day while it is happening. In order to familiarize ourselves with your wedding plans and ensure your day runs smoothly, we NEED to be involved in the final weeks leading up to your wedding day! ✨ Why? Well... If a planner simply showed up on the morning of your wedding, they would be asking you one million questions: Who are your other vendors? What is each of their contact information? Who is your wedding party, who is your maid/person of honour? Who is our contact person for the venue? Where even is the venue? Do you have a set timeline? What personal items need to be set up? You see what we mean. We don’t sell perfect weddings, we sell a low stress day and planning process. In order to do that, we need to know more about your wedding that anyone else! 👏 So, while day of coordination does NOT exist, packages such as “month of coordination” or “wedding day management” that start 6 weeks before your day DO exist, and are essential if you’re looking to actually enjoy every moment of your wedding day! 🖤✨

The biggest reason to hire a wedding planner? ✨ Someone who is not suited for that role will end up doing the work on your wedding day. Who, you might ask? ❕ YOU, while trying to enjoy your day. ❕ Your parents, family, wedding party or best friends, while trying to celebrate with you. ❕ Your photographer or other vendors, while trying to do their own jobs. ✨ While not everyone needs a wedding planner for the full year leading up to their wedding, having a wedding planner manage your day is essential. We promise, you don’t want to be answering countless questions from guests, vendors and the venue staff, communicating any little change to everyone involved, putting out fires when things go wrong, worrying about every tiny detail, or WORKING at all on your wedding day. ✨ Hiring a wedding planner allows your day to run smoothly while you’re out there enjoying every moment with your loved ones.
