The Bayley Group was in Ottawa last week for Walk with Me. This conference joined Canadian leaders and changemakers to learn about nurturing a social model of care and enhancing the journey of aging for all. This was the first in-person conference for the WWM group since 2018, and it was inspiring to see such positivity and engagement from all attendees. BG has worked with this group since 2014, forging new benchmarks and achieving great results.

This hybrid course brings international medical professionals together with global experts, providing immediate applications to improve their clinical practice. June was a busy, fun and successful month for the Bayley Group team. In Quebec City for the Canadian Anesthesiologists' Annual Meeting and then to London UK for the World Congress on Thyroid Cancer. Both events gathered medical experts to share knowledge and educate the future generation of specialists. We are very thankful to have both of these amazing clients and congratulate them on an outstanding meeting.

The Bayley Group was at the Toronto Congress Centre for the annual TWC Convention last week. Together We Care 2023 is a collaborative forum that joins the long-term care and retirement community sectors to help shape the future of seniors’ care. The 3-day convention hosted 250+ exhibitors, more than 1,500 attendees and featured keynote speakers Jon Montgomery & Tina Varughese. This marks the 10th year that The Bayley Group has managed Together We Care and it was encouraging for our team to break all previous records for attendance, sponsorship and exhibitors. It takes a village to deliver a world-class conference and we salute our A/V partner Impact AV Solutions the incredible venue and our outstanding clients Ontario Long Term Care Association and Ontario Retirement Communities Association (ORCA) for a refreshing and positive experience.

The Bayley Group’s monthly $300 donation for December was chosen by Cass and goes to the Huron County Food Bank Distribution Center a registered not-for-profit organization funded by donations from businesses and individuals in our community. At The Bayley Group, we strive to be part of the solution to eliminate hunger in Huron County.

We feel fortunate to have been in business for 30 years in Huron County and have attracted the brightest team of vibrant individuals from this region to help us deliver incredible results for our clients. In 2023, we are managing more than 20 major conferences across Canada and in the United Kingdom, all from our office in Huron County. We are lucky to work globally from this incredible community on the shores of Lake Huron.

Congratulations to the Critical Care Canada Forum! The Bayley Group has been the proud Secretariat of CCCF since 2008. Over 700 critical care professionals from across Canada and the world attended both in-person and virtually for three days of compelling CME education, with more than 65 cutting-edge sessions delivered by international experts. On-point technical support was fulfilled by our partners Impact AV, providing on-site AV, virtual platform and live streaming. Congratulations !

The Bayley Group’s monthly donation for October was chosen by Cass and went to Jessica's House - Huron County Handbags for Hospice as a $500 Satchel Sponsorship. This year’s fundraiser raised an incredible $79,000! The funds went directly towards supporting the daily operations of Jessica’s House, helping to provide a “home away from home” for end-of-life care. Jessica’s House offers free grief and bereavement services for residents and families at Jessica’s House and to all in the community.
