It is your responsibility to ensure driveways and access to the portable toilets are plowed and sanded; if access isn't clear, service will be failed and resume the following week. Trucks have a 25-foot hose reach, so keep the area clear of vehicles and equipment. Contractors or renters must maintain the doorway, roof, and surrounding area free of snow. For steep driveways or difficult access, we may request the unit be relocated or discuss using our "Island units" with portable cubes.
