Things are cooking up around here! The days are ticking by in anticipation of opening day!

I will be testing menu items and sharing photos along the way until we open!

Today I present to you an Ontario favourite...

Canadian Bacon

Peameal bacon, sliced thin and stacked on a soft bun with mustard

$8 or $13 with fries and a can of pop

($12 with fries and water)

Add-ons such as cheese as well as sauteed onions, mushrooms and peppers will be available!

See you all in August at our location at Smith's Ultramar lot in Port Sydney!!

It's been a long road to get to this point in the journey. We have FINALLY been able to order the truck and get the ball rolling towards opening day.
In the next few days and weeks I will start showing some photos and giving some better descriptions of our menu items that we will be starting with, some possible desert options, as well as some of the features that will be coming over the weeks, months and years to come!
I thank you for sticking around, it's been a long wait, but we'll be here soon!

We are in the final stage of acquiring our funding for the truck with plans to be open late June at Smith's Ultramar!!

Trying to balance the topsy turvy world we live in can be challenging at best sometimes.

This was such a fun assignment! I was asked by a few little ones to make their Dad a giant meatball for Christmas and this was the final product! They were all so happy, Dad was super surprised and the one kid that had the idea said it was exactly as they imagined!
