The Woods Music and Dance Camp

The Woods Music and Dance Camp is an annual event that’s about sharing the joy of folk music and dance, no matter what your skill level. Each year we invite a staff of stellar folk musicians to join us at a beautiful rural Ontario setting to share their skills in a relaxed and inviting community environment. Over the course of five days and nights, campers soak up the music in classes, workshops,

concerts, dances, song circles, and jam sessions. It’s a wonderful opportunity to try a new instrument, swap songs and tunes, dance the night away, or just hang around with musical friends, old and new. The Woods takes place at Bark Lake Leadership Centre near Irondale, Ontario, a beautiful lakefront setting about 2 1/2 hours northeast of Toronto.
