If you feel that a classic Italian meal is what you need preorder now:

Pick up available Dec 24 and Dec 25.

Opt 1 40$pp

Hand made lasagna bolognese or Boscaiola
Porchetta roast
Roasted potatos
Arugola parmigiano and apple salad

Opt 2 50$pp

Hand made lasagna bolognese or Boscaiola
Braised Brisket
Roasted potatoes
Caesar salad

- Add traditional tiramisu for 5$pp

- Or upgrade your lasagna bolognese to braised beef short ribs for 6$pp.

Lasagna is made entirely from scratch, noodles are made with organic flour and quality eggs, meat is from Rainier Ranch, mozzarella from artisan cheese maker Tanto latte, only using Italian Parmigiano DOP 30mths old, and only using extravergin olive oil.

The response has being overwhelming and we are pretty much fully booked for December catering date.

I’m Francesco, the owner of Mediterraneo, a Private Chef and Catering company that was based in the Similkameen Country and Okanagan Valley until this past July. My family and I have recently moved to Kamloops, and I’m excited to start offering my catering services here very soon!

Whether you’re planning a cozy private dinner or a big corporate bash, I’ve got you covered. I offer a variety of delicious food options, from authentic Neapolitan-style pizzas made in my wood-fired oven to more formal sit-down dinners and everything in between.

At Mediterraneo, we believe in the Mediterranean diet, focusing on fresh, wholesome ingredients and steering clear of processed foods, sugars, preservatives, and seed oils.
