It may still be December, but I’m already planning for the new year—New Year, New Me!

A few weeks ago, I was diagnosed with early-stage fatty liver disease. While it was a wake-up call, catching it early is a blessing. It gave me the push I needed to focus on healthier habits, and I’m excited to share my journey with you.

I’ve made some big changes:
✨ Cut out alcohol and most sugars (fruit is still my go-to!)
✨ Limiting processed foods and embracing more wholesome choices
✨ Started working out and staying active

I’m also back on track with Beth from she’s been an incredible guide on and off for over 9 years. Her support has been key to this transformation.

It’s all about becoming the best version of me in 2025, and I couldn’t be more motivated!
