We are in the middle of a busy booking season and with this in mind, we would like to introduce ourselves here! We are Nourishing Gourmet - top-rated Catering Company based in beautiful Kamloops, BC.

With over 30 years of talent and experience, Nourishing Gourmet has been catering to Kamloops and surrounding areas since 2009. Our team will come to your wedding venue within a 250 kms radius of Kamloops, which includes Barriere, Clearwater, Merritt, Logan Lake, Salmon Arm, Sorrento, and Chase.

Our fully licensed commercial kitchen prepares wedding buffet for on-site and off-site venues using our own organic produce and herbs, as well as incorporating local ingredients from local farmers and farmers markets such as the Kamloops Farmers Market.

Looking for unique catering services? Nourishing Gourmet also offers a Pig and Lamb Roasting option via a PigOut Roaster, where you can freshly carve a roast at dinnertime. Using local, organic free-range pork and lamb, full food ideas for the roaster include:

- Rotisserie up to 40 full-sized chickens
- Slow-smoked and roasted racks of ribs (32 racks at once!)
