"Breanna did a wonderful job with helping to plan our special day. Most of all, she was there the day of to help coordinate and execute our wishes. In all honesty, I didn’t realize the value of these services until the day unfolded.
As a very detail oriented person, I respected the attention to detail and suggestions that allowed for our day to run more efficiently. She assisted with decor, ensured our schedule was on time, and alleviated so many of the tasks that you don’t even think about in the planning process. Without her team, it would have been a day full of stress and issues.
She was extremely flexible and understanding with our covid hiccups and date change. It’s apparent Breanna has taken past challenges as a way to grow, and is continuously aiming to better her business. She is very down to earth and her passion is refreshing! She is patient and was was respectful to our guests and great with the little ones too🙂
Every wedding is so different, and it was amazing to see how well the staff of ITM Weddings adapted and did everything in such a punctual and professional way.
We appreciate your knowledge and services so much! Thank you for being a part of our beautiful day – it wouldn’t have been as wonderful without you!"

When it comes to the guest book we always suggest buying extra pens! And be sure to try it out before the wedding day, some pens or markers are not meant for certain materials such as wood.

Pack extra clothes! If that is for the groom or ring bear we highly suggest bringing a back up shirt. No only does accidents happen but in the heat of the day one may end up needing something fresh to wear.

If you are camera shy or just worried about feeling awkward in front of the camera, we have a few ideas.
First, we always suggest having a photoshoot before the wedding whether that is an engagement shoot or otherwise. This will provide you a stepping stone before the wedding day and also a good test to see if you feel comfortable with the actual photographer. There are many amazing photographers to pick from and booking a pre wedding session will give you a test to ensure its a good fit.
Secondly, we love when couples have a more candid and natural feel to their wedding photos. It will take away most of the poses and structure that can cause couples to feel stiff and unnatural. Photo Credit

"Working with In this Moment Weddings was the best decision we made for our wedding! In Aug-Sept 2023, like most brides-to-be, I searched and researched online and social media for a planner and reached out to many with great reviews. We live in the Vancouver area and our wedding was up in a remote area of the North Okanagan in August 2024 so I was looking for a planner up there who could work with me through the distance and was exceptional at communicating. From the first message I sent to In This Moment to our big day, Breanna was organized, professional and always one step ahead. She kept me on track through the planning process and thought of SOOOOO many things that I didn’t which ultimately made our day that much more meaningful. Breanna was always available to answer our questions, provide updates and bounce ideas around with. She handled every detail with care and kept us calm throughout the entire process. My husband and I are parents to 3 kids (all of whom were in our wedding party) and we both agreed that our wedding day and the days afterwards were stress free due to the efforts of Breanna. She kept in constant contact with all our vendors, kept them on track on our big day and set up and packed up all the reception/decorations that we brought up to the venue ourselves. Her experience truly showed by knowing how much and when to share updates with a nervous Bride. Thanks to Breanna, we were able to relax and enjoy our special day, knowing that everything was in perfect hands. When we were whisked away for photos, our guests had nothing but great things to say about Breanna. I cannot recommend her and In This Moment Weddings enough! When having a plated dinner, you will be required to have place cards with each guest names. We love using Wedding Wire to create a seating chart, being able to move and replace or move peoples names easily will save you time and stress.

No matter your shoe choice, be sure you spend plenty of time breaking them in!
We also suggest having a back up pair of shoes, even the most comfortable shoes can cause issues when it is a 10 plus hour wedding day.

"I hired ITM for my day of coordinating and they were amazing! Kass was on-top of everything and coordinated all of our vendors. If there were any issues, I didn’t know about them which was the goal as the bride. Everything looked amazing and attention to detail was great. They went above and beyond. Kass checked in with me throughout the night to see if I was happy and if there was anything she could do. I cannot say more good things! Their pricing is very competitive and fair and the quality you get worth every penny. Thank you all again so much !!"
