As I sit here on the eve of my birthday, i take a deep breathe and allow myself to feel all sorts of emotions. Another year has come and gone. A year full of digging deep into who I am, not just who I’ve been told I am. The parts of me that were forgotten along the way, the parts that were lost. The beautiful parts, the not so easy to look at parts. I can now hold myself with so much more compassion and love and understanding. I am finally seeing the light that I am, I am finally realizing the power I hold within. I am forever grateful for this journey, for seeing the lessons in every experience. I love this little life, and I will continue to open my heart to all of it. Here’s to reaching level 37 🤗

Message that came through during my meditation/journaling session today-
When you express love to someone, do so from a place of pureness.
Do not hold onto an underlying expectation to receive love back- this is conditional love, this is your ego.
Do it because you feel it so deeply within your heart that you can’t help but share it. Love one another, simply because you ARE love, no strings attached, no score keeping. Just unconditional, powerful love 💜 Keep that heart open lovelies! 😘

2020 Grad

Did you graduate this year? If you did you most likely didn’t get the typical graduation IF one at all. Since my friend didn’t get one, we decided to do something small to commemorate all her hard work. Bonus - I got to play around with some new photography/editing skills. I’m so excited about these!
