Did you know, when you book with Georg at the Guisachan House, everything is made in-house from scratch? Not only the most delicious four course meal but the bouquets and boutonnières as well! Fresh flowers are brought in and arranged by Georg himself. We can’t forget the fan-favourite, hand carved ice sculpture! Bringing your ideas to life, one detail at a time.

You and your partner will spend much time with Georg before the big day, between planning the meals, the decor and picking flowers and designs, he is with you every step of the way.
Fast forward, your day has finally arrived and the guests start arriving. This is the time where you see less of Georg but he is more busy than ever, when you will find him joyously bustling in his kitchen. Focusing on making everything taste to perfection and timing it all to your schedule. Once dessert has been served and the dancing has started, he makes his way back out, bringing joy to us all with his brilliant ice sculpture turned luge 🧊

A beautiful little cottage in the gardens. It has been a joy to walk past this every weekend and watch the plants grow and flourish around the little house. Georg not only takes careful care to add special details and decor inside the Guisachan House to bring out the heritage features of the building, he also likes to bring your guests joy by adding perfect little surprises in the gardens. No detail goes amiss with Georg Rieder 🥂
