As we celebrate Earth Day it has us thinking of the changes for the 2020 wedding season. No events larger than 50 people (including vendors and any staff), social distancing and many travel restrictions have put a large cloud over most weddings. BC centre for disease control issued guidelines stating “Family gatherings such as weddings with fewer than 50 people are still considered too high a risk and must be canceled or postponed”. Many of us in the industry saw this coming but hoped it wouldn’t be true. But now, as we shift to help couples modify their wedding to elopement or push it to 2021, we take a look at the silver lining this has been for Mother Earth. Blue skies for the first time in China, dolphins returning to Italy’s coast and Sea turtles thriving with non crowded beaches.

As Dr Bonnie Henry said “This is not forever” we know each couple can still have the day they dream of in the future with their loved ones by their side, safe and healthy.

We have always been here to make wedding planning simplified and fun! As always we are happy to help you with any aspect of your planning- starting from the beginning or editing the pre existing.
