🎉 Huge congratulations to our very own Chef Brett Thompson on his victory at the Kelowna Gospel Mission’s Ultimate Takeout Challenge! 🍽️ Over the past weeks, top chefs from across the Okanagan went head-to-head, crafting unique dishes on the spot to showcase their culinary creativity. The journey culminated in an exciting finale earlier this month, with the last two chefs standing—Chef Brett and Chef Erik Fassband from —delivering an unforgettable culinary showdown! 👨‍🍳👨‍🍳⁠

The final challenge? Create a masterpiece with beef cheeks as the mystery ingredient! Both chefs poured their passion and skills into their dishes, impressing the crowd with every bite. Chef Brett’s dedication and talent shone through, and we couldn’t be prouder of his well-deserved win! 🏆✨⁠
