🎉 Huge congratulations to our very own Chef Brett Thompson on his victory at the Kelowna Gospel Mission’s Ultimate Takeout Challenge! 🍽️ Over the past weeks, top chefs from across the Okanagan went head-to-head, crafting unique dishes on the spot to showcase their culinary creativity. The journey culminated in an exciting finale earlier this month, with the last two chefs standing—Chef Brett and Chef Erik Fassband from —delivering an unforgettable culinary showdown! 👨‍🍳👨‍🍳⁠

The final challenge? Create a masterpiece with beef cheeks as the mystery ingredient! Both chefs poured their passion and skills into their dishes, impressing the crowd with every bite. Chef Brett’s dedication and talent shone through, and we couldn’t be prouder of his well-deserved win! 🏆✨⁠

A huge thank you to everyone who attended and supported this event. These clients wanted the focus of their day to be about family, friends, yummy food and great wine. When our planning conversation got to the topic of flowers and decor, they just didn't light up.

They opted for some simple lantern centrepieces and let the delicious multi course family style feast by and their personally curated wine selection shine - and boy did they do just that!!!
