As we celebrate this holiday season, I want to take a moment to acknowledge all the effort, late nights, and the love this team pours into our work. You are the reason our vision comes to life and why we can share our passion with so many.

I’m very grateful for this incredible team of strong, talented, and professional women who truly are the heartbeat of Toncini Modern Italian.
Each of you brings your unique strength, passion, and dedication together with hard work, creativity, and commitment which inspires me every day, and I feel so fortunate to stand alongside such amazing group that contributed to make this 2024 very special.

• Steffie: Our General Manager, camera girl, front-of-house extraordinaire, and the glue holding everything together. Her energy, problem-solving, and warmth ensure every event and interaction is flawless.
• Jessica: Our off-site catering manager, representing and delivering with grace and professionalism. Her ability to organize, adapt, and lead ensures every event to the final detail.
• Chantal: Our best volunteer, always adaptable and ready to jump into any task with a smile. Her enthusiasm and willingness to help make her a key part of every step of the journey.
• Silvana: My mum, the heart and inspiration behind our menu and the engine of our cooking. Every recipe we share reflects her passion, love, and heritage..
• Michael: My brother, a constant source of inspiration for new recipes and menu ideas. His creativity and culinary insights continue to elevate everything we do.
