Game April 1st!!! Can’t wait!!!!!

Cheers! 🍸Always up for a stiff, strong dose of derby, Sin & Tonic has been skating for 8 years, and is loving EVERY minute of it! Fluid and fast, you barely see her coming... and when you do, she's already beaten you, and taken your point. This jammer is quicksilver fast and light on her feet, often grinning like crazy as she's avoiding hits thrown her way. Sin may be small, but this skater is MIGHTY! Like the energizer rabbit, she collects the points and just keeps going. And going. And going. Sin never gives up. And she's passing that same drive onto new skaters as one of the teams' fresh meat trainers and mentors. She's dedicated to the team, dedicated to the game, and dedicated to the afterparty! But be sure to stand upwind of her... if Sin was a veggie, she'd be a cabbage 😐.

The Lazy Cat is now officially taking cake orders in Barrie, Ontario! At Christmas we will be offering chocolates and Gingerbread Houses so keep that in mind, I know it's only June, but whatever haha

I might make cupcakes...I have a need for cupcakes....but they must be chocolate cupcakes with some kind of crazy decadent filling like dulce de leche...ohh and icing, let's not forget the icing!

Chai tea rice with Byrani stewed veg....oh yeah!

Green peppercorn sauce for steak or chicken: 1 cup chicken stock, heat to a simmer in sauce pan on high heat, season, a do.lop of soy sauce, stir in with a whisk 1 tsp of corn star h, let thicken. 2 tbsp green peppercorns, stir, splash of heavy cream and voila! Pretty easy I have to say.
