Warren has been a professional instructor, dancer, performer and choreographer for over 30years. He is originally from Edmonton, Alberta where he started his career in 1993 teaching "American Style" Ballroom and Latin at Cheek to Cheek Dance Studios and Club. While there he had the pleasure of competing in numerous Professional and Pro-Am competitions across Canada and the U.S. After 6 fantastic y

ears there and eventually becoming the "Dance Director" Warren decided to concentrate on developing his own teaching and dancing to the highest level. As a result, in 1999 he moved to London, England - the top country in the world for International style dance. There he was able to receive coaching from the best teachers in the world at the famous Semley Dance Studios in South London. After a few years in the competitive scene he realized that his true love is in teaching. So he decided to get his qualifications in "International style" dance from the people who practically wrote the book!! Warren received his certification first as an Associate, then as a Licentiate member of the International Dance Teachers Association (IDTA). Then in 2004, while teaching at Semley studios, he was invited to be a guest instructor in various schools across China! He spent 6 weeks touring Hong Kong, Beijing, and Shen Zhen helping to develop their teachers and students dancing level. “It was a wonderful experience that I will never forget.”

Finally in the summer of 2004 Warren returned home to Canada, but this time to Peachland, British Columbia, where his family had moved to, and began teaching his own classes at the Robb Card Dance Studios in Kelowna. After 2 years he was able to open his own dance school LATINESQUE BALLROOM AND LATIN DANCE! Four amazing fun-filled years later Warren and his soon-to-be wife Jeni moved to Ottawa, Ontario to take advantage of a career opportunity for Jeni. Three wonderful(but cold) years later we find ourselves back in the Okanagan and are looking forward to new adventures!

We are excited to announce some great new additions to the upcoming 2024 social dance calendar, that will make this the best year yet!
For the first time ever, Warren Eaton & Sharon Sebo are teaming up to bring you an exciting new group class series!
The expert technique, precision and style of Warren's teachings combined with the fun, warm and light-hearted style of Sharon's teachings, are sure to be an amazing learning experience for everyone. They plan on giving a comprehensive overhaul of the International style "Big 10" dances.(Waltz, Foxtrot, Tango, Quickstep, Viennese Waltz, Rumba Cha Cha, Samba, Paso Doble, Jive) Whether you are new to this style or experienced, there will be plenty for you to learn, and lot's of fun to be had:-)

Tonight is the end-of-session FREE dance practice for the students who took part in our most recent Salsa & Rueda session. We will be playing music for primarily Salsa and Rueda, but also some Bachata, Cha Cha and Merengue! If you did not take part in our session but would still like to come you are most welcome, the price is $10 at the door. This would also be a good opportunity for anyone who is thinking of joining our next session, to come out and see what it's all about:)

Latin technique practice starts tomorrow!
This class is a non-partnering, guided practice session for all International Latin dances. Good for anyone who would like to work on their own personal hip action, footwork and arm styling. A basic understanding of Rumba, Cha Cha, Samba and Jive are required. These classes are "one-offs" so it's not an extended session for weeks.
*Please however, let me know the day before if you plan to attend!*
