Festivals Kelowna presents a "Valley First New York New Years" on Dec 31st from 6-9pm. FREE fun for the whole family including: Live music entertainment, public skating and a "Snow Zone" full of children’s activities with help from the City of Kelowna's Park & Play program crew. Free hot chocolate, glow and goodies to give away! Defrost in the "Valley First Warm-up Zone" at the Kelowna Community Theatre for face painting, photo booth, games, crafts, bouncy castle and obstacle course in the Black Box Theatre and so much more!
