Happy, crisp, monday friends! We had a full week last week and topped it off with a winter appearance of our Mad Maxine, cooking up striploin and chicken for some really great people Saturday. We've had a wild ride getting into our catering flow this season and had a ball. I want to thank you all for your kind reviews and patronage. Christmas is the season of giving but for us, its a season of reflection and thanks.
We are going to give Maxine a good clean up and let her rest untill we are back at it this spring.

Today, and every day, we are thankful for YOU dear Friends.
Your patience, loyalty, honesty, belief in Catalyst Catering , and me, Erica J. Render are the back bone that new and small buisnesses count on. I am blessed.
I give thanks for smart, happy and healthy children, family who drag my MadMaxine around and help keep her lit friends who help keep me sane, and on task 😉.
I give thanks for our community, neighbours and friends....excuse my language, some really FU***NG GREAT friends who remind me daily that we aren't alone, we arent crazy for dreaming, and reminding me that, when I focus on the good stuff, we will exceed our most wild expectations.

We had a great time at Spencerville Seasonal Market Sunday. These gals do an amazing job curating some of the coolest local vendors and makers. It turned out to be an absolutely beautiful day and we ran out of everything🤯

We are toying with the idea of a "last hurrah". Let us know if you would be up for a pop up BBQ somewhere central where you can pick up your order straight off of Mad Maxine before we put her away for the season 💋🤘

In the mean time: let's get our immune systems boosted with this weeks offerings. Fresh oregano in our meaty lasagna. Garlic, tumeric and chicken in our soup. And a tasty clutch dinner option in case yo're already under the weather and dont feel like cooking.

Delivery is this Thursday afternoon / evening❣️

We are really bad at slowing down to take pics of our work. The wedding we did Saturday happened to be my longest best friend's big day. Here is a pic of our smoked brisket and pulled pork. We were stoking up the flames to get hot and ready to cook the peri peri chicken. 🔥🤤🔥

Welcome back OctoBerrrr!
Its been a long, exciting, first full season out with our BBQ Mad Maxine. We have 1 more wedding and 1 more Spencerville Seasonal Market to close it out.
Here is a menu to kick off our month of meal deliveries. Keep an eye out for the next three weeks, we'll be doing cold and flu busting soups like golden garlic and chicken soup, thai soup and our classic creamy tomato.
