From 58 Squadron Air Cadets:

Cadets from 58 Squadron Royal Canadian Air Cadets were out at key locations yesterday in Kingston, raising funds for the Royal Canadian Legion Poppy Drive 2024.

They will also be on parade today at Glenhaven Memorial Gardens and St Mary’s Cemetery, and tomorrow at the City Cenotaph, in Remembrance.

Thank you for the organisation of these fundraising shifts by our CO Capt Mary Helmer and thank you for the support your association gives us every year to support our cadets and the next generation of leaders in Canada.

608 Squadron Royal Canadian Air cadets band from Belleville supported Dave Donovan, CWO(retd) Wayne Williams, other 416, 415 and 413 wing members, local legion members, Lt. Col Joel Maley and CWO Scott MacDonald from 1 Wing HQ (416Wing members) the local MP, mayor and other guests, by playing for the RFC/RAF memorial service at Deseronto Cemetery today.
