Each one of our residences on all three campuses opens our doors to guests during the spring/summer season. Our Kingston Residence includes 147 double rooms, 298 single rooms, eight wheelchair accessible rooms, and a common lounge on each floor. Many of our lounges include a television and microwaves for our guests to use at their convenience. Each room has a refrigerator, air conditioning, en suite bathrooms, and ample free onsite parking. We offer nightly, and monthly rates as well as group rates for 10 or more rooms. EVENT, CONFERENCE AND MEETING FACILITIES
Event & Conference Centre (Kingston) - Our Kingston campus offers a variety of
modern and unique facilities including a new Event & Banquet Centre, specialty labs, and 17,000 square foot gymnasium.

Classrooms- With over 50 classrooms available, St. Lawrence College can accommodate 25 to 100 people. Our classrooms are equipped with a full line of audio visual equipment, including computers, digital video projector, overhead projector, tables and chairs, DVD, screen and a whiteboard. Lawrence College has several options with seating that can accommodate 10 to 50 people. Our conference rooms can be equipped with a computer, digital video projector, overhead projector, tables and chairs, DVD, VCR and a screen. Fully equipped networked computer labs with the latest software and WIFI Internet access. Lecture Theatre (Kingston) – Our well-appointed lecture theatre seats up to 175 people. It is equipped with a computer, digital video projector, overhead projector, laptop connections, table and chairs, DVD, VCR, Dual screen, audio system and a white board. Gymnasium (Kingston) – The new space (built 2018) is 17,000 square feet with a 1400seat retractable bleachers. This is also a great location for large tradeshows of 250+ booths. Cornwall and Brockville also have smaller gymnasiums for rent. Dance Studios - Our Brockville campus offers ballet and contemporary dance studios for rent. Pottery and Ceramics Studios - Our Brockville campus offers a unique variety of fine art studios for rent. Nursing Simulation Labs - Kingston and Cornwall have state-of-the-art nursing and care taking simulation labs for groups that went to train staff, offer refresher courses, or offer testing. Cafeteria – This space has a wonderful view of the grounds. It offers generous space and comfortable seating for 650-1000 people. It is a perfect space for setting up information booths, hosting an exhibit or even a large banquet. The space is equipped with sound capabilities for guest speakers and other audio needs. On Site Dining Services – We offer on-site catering and bar service and assistance in planning luncheons, dinners, receptions and events for up to 1000 guests.
