Hi everyone!

I want to take this opportunity to thank you all for the love and outpouring support throughout the Cake Boss voting contest. All the cheering, encouragement and sharing my posts with your own network contacts all meant the world to me and brought so much more meaning to it.

Hélas, we were outnumbered by our American counterparts and I was not able to advance to the next part of the contest.
I am however very grateful for this experience and to have had the chance to compete with so many other talented cake decorators/bakers and the best of alI…I was a quarter-finalist!!!

Thanks again for showing up when I needed you and I am not giving up on my baking journey just yet, the fun has just begun !!!!!!!! 🙌

Hi Everyone!

Welcome to Décadence Bakery. My name is Anne and I’m a full time baker and cake decorator. I’m also the wife of a loving and supportive husband and a mom of two beautiful boys ❤️.

About myself: I am originally from Quebec. I’m French Canadian, born to immigrant parents. I have two older siblings, both whom still live in Quebec. Growing up, my family often struggled making ends meet. Both of my parents worked two jobs so needless to say that we didn’t get to spend a lot of time with them. Birthday celebrations were always something we would look forward to as kids, as it allowed us to spend precious time together and share beautiful moments with our parents and friends. Having a birthday cake was a novelty and something that we wouldn’t take for granted. I remember my mother always had the happiest smile and her eyes would lit up whenever she looked at the cake. Those memories will always stay with me for the rest of my life.

Today, I have the privilege to craft the most beautiful and tastiest baked goods for my customers using my unique, made from scratch European-Asian style techniques and I thank god every day for giving me this opportunity. Making people happy is the most fulfilling and rewarding experience one can achieve and I have made this a priority and a personal goal for myself.

Today was such a moving moment for me. I had the honour to bake and deliver some cupcakes for one of my customers’ brother. She ordered these to surprise him for his birthday while being overseas and did all she could to make sure he would get them. The reaction and smile on his face was simply priceless, when I told him the story behind the cupcakes and the trouble his sister went through to get them. He immediately became emotional. This sibling relationship is just what every parent on this planet would wish for their kids to have. I feel so blessed to be able to witness these magical moments. Thank you for letting me be part of your journey.

Good morning Sunshine! Aren’t these lovely? What better way to celebrate your birthday, baby shower, bridal shower, wedding or even baptism with these beautiful flower cupcakes. These half chocolate and half vanilla cupcakes were ordered for a birthday party last week, can you tell which is which? 😝

We have a huge Ronaldo fan here! Under this robust ball we have a light and fluffy eggless vanilla cake with soft vanilla buttercream icing. Definitely fun and interesting to make but not an easy task! Laying perfectly shaped hexagonal fondant pieces on a cake was no easy feat! Love the realistic jersey cake topper detail ⭐️ ⚽️ Bend it like Ronaldo, Zorawar!

So glad this 3-tier 15.5” (21” including the toppers) Avengers cake made it to the party! Lol Such a heavy cake 😅 but we managed fitting it into the car :)
Can we fit another tier on this cake…what do you guys think? And what would be the next avenger? I think it’s doable as long as you don’t play Jenga with Hulk!!

I wished I had this princess birthday cake when I was little! Would love to see Nelsy and Audrey’s reaction when they see the cake! Crown, sprinkles, rainbow and flowers…what’s not to like?? This double-stacked Decadence chocolate cake is not just a pretty cake, you can taste the richness in the high quality chocolate without being overly sweet…simply decadent. I can’t wait for you all to try it!

I made this tall ombré vanilla cake for a little girl who loves pastel colours. It turned out pretty nice! Turning 10 is kind of a big deal…welcome to the double digits and happy birthday, Jaylene!

Happy kid, happy parents! Another beautiful Cocomelon cake! It is one of the most popular programs in the world right now and I’m getting a lot of requests for this theme cake! I highly recommend anyone to try this vanilla cake which is rich is vanilla flavor and with such a light crumb you will be dancing above the rainbow just like J.J. ! 😃
