😒 So many people have the same struggle, its not that you don’t want to host the event its simply that it may overwhelm you.

💖 Before we found our passion and love for events we struggled hard too, we’ve all been there.

How can you identify if it’s time to throw the towel in? 🧐

▪️ We all handle stress in our own ways, the importance is understanding your body and signs that it may be time to offload tasks and relieve stress.

🙋🏻‍♀️ Women lead a very busy life juggling motherhood and careers, not to mention your social life.

Often, we try to juggle everything, here’s how to identify the 3 main stages of stress.

🚨 The Alarm Stage- AKA Flight or fight mode.
When your body is in hyper drive, and awareness is at its highest peak.

😑 The Resistance Stage- AKA The calm before the storm.
When your body is in constant state of stress, it enters recovery phase while remaining on high alert.

😩 The Exhaustion Stage- AKA Burn out.
When the first two stages have been activated over long periods of time, the body starts to break down in the balance.

Setting up for your event can be tricky, here are the top 3 tricks to help make this process seamless. ✨

1. Always be sure to have a helper- 2 people is always better than 1.
2. Always be sure to plan your time, accordingly, leave at least 30 minutes to 1 hour before you anticipate your guests to arrive.
3. Forget steps 1 & 2 and let us take care of it for you! We know exactly how the set up is meant to be and we will be in and out before you know it leaving behind the perfect arrangement.
