Intimate cake cutting tends to be the rave right now, & honestly its my fave.

When planning for the cake cutting moment there are a few things you might want to keep in mind for your timeline:

- Will you want to announce it to the guests or keep it between you and the photographer?
- Do you want to cut before or after dinner service, or when?
- Maybe you'll want a special song if announced?
- Will you want to save any pieces to take home? If so, plan to have this done for you!
- When would you want to serve the cake & how?

Let's tackle your reception & the details that come with it!
As you work through your timeline...
1️⃣ Organize when the dances will happen & the speech order.
2️⃣ Figure out what needs to be announced when & most importantly, by who
3️⃣Make sure to ask the venue for fridge space if you're planning on bringing your own desserts
4️⃣Plan out how the decor will be taken home that same night or if there is an option to pick up the next day

Honestly... we love what we do & are proud to say that it shows in the work that we do for each & every one of our clients.
We believe that coordination for a smooth day starts not 1mth before but from the day that you hire us!
Our goal is to make the whole process as stress-free as possible, being your go-to person throughout your planning process & on the day.
We come to know your vision, your concerns & execute on the day accordingly!
🤣We build some great relationships with our clients that we go through withdrawal when we know we won't be having any more touchpoint calls

But my venue offers me a venue coordinator... what's the difference if I hire my own?
Your venue coordinator knows the venue like the back of their hand, they know where to find everything & they hold their standards high for what they are supplying on the wedding day.
They deal with dozens of events throughout the year, working with many clients & fine-tuning what exactly their part in the day is. Imagine having to remember all those details & then, on top of that, having to remember custom details for each wedding? It can get to be a lot very quickly & some details are bound to slip through the cracks.
We let the venue coordinator worry about their responsibilities on the day, while as your day-of Coordinator, we worry about your specific wedding and all the custom details that come with it, including decor set up, special surprises, and tackling any unforeseen circumstances that arise.
Both coordinators work closely to bring the day to life one is not more important than the other!
K&B wedding was full of custom details, from a dry ice ceremony entrance to a crowd-pleasing reception entrance; we ensured to pre-plan all the details to make it as smooth as possible for the bridal party
