We were welcomed into a very precious preschool graduate’s home last weekend to help make her day extra special. She was so excited that we knew her favourite colours were pink and purple (although we may have had a little help from mom 😉)

Our base fee is determined by the number of guests expected to be in attendance and includes assistance in coordinating venue services and catering services if applicable. The base fee also includes decorating before the event and the decoration tear down/clean up. Decorations that we currently have on hand include:

- Balloons (Misc. Colors)
- Balloon arch assembly
- Projector unit for slide show
- White chiffon wall covering (More colors to come!)
- Warm white curtain lights
- Sequins backdrop curtains (gold or silver - more to come!)

Any decorations that we do not have on hand can be discussed.

In addition to our base fee, we offer optional customized add-on services to make your event extra memorable; these add-ons are subject to additional fees. Please send us a message to discuss pricing.

Our add-on services include:

- Customized Invitations & "Thank you for coming" cards
- Customized age appropriate games and activity planning
- Customized party favours
- Customized food stations (candy buffet, ice cream station, whisky station, mimosa bar etc.)

At Be Our Guest, we understand that circumstances may arise which require the cancellation of an event. We have established the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Fees:
i. If the event is canceled more than 14 days prior to the scheduled date, the client is eligible for a full refund of any deposit or payment made towards the event.

ii. If the event is canceled within 14 days of the scheduled date, the client acknowledges that the deposit paid is considered non-refundable. In such cases, the client will be responsible for any costs incurred by Be Our Guest up to the date of cancellation.

Rescheduling:
i. If the client wishes to reschedule the event, Be Our Guest will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the new date, subject to availability. However, any rescheduling will be subject to the terms and conditions in this cancellation policy.

What our services can get you:
- Custom invitations for your event
- Decorations (this includes putting them up, and taking them down!)
- Age-appropriate party games and activities
- Customized food stations (Candy buffet, ice cream buffet, wine tasting station, DIY whiskey bar, etc.)
- Customized party favours for your guests
- Complimentary EXCITEMENT!!

Here's how it works:
- You'll provide us with a few important details (date, time, number of people invited)
- You'll provide us with your budget and we will work with you to secure a venue (if applicable), decorations, catering, etc.
- We communicate with you throughout the planning process and work to ensure we meet all your needs.

Important notes:
- We need at least 4 weeks notice (preferably more) to plan events. This allows us to ensure anything we have to order online will be here in time for your event.
- We do not offer wedding planning services.
- Some services are add-ons

- 50% deposit required upon booking
