Wedding history 🔍 Why do brides often wear a white wedding gown?

𝙁𝙖𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙤𝙣!

In the 1840s, Queen Victoria wore a white gown to her obviously very public wedding. Apparently, everyone loved the royals and white wedding dresses instantly became all the rage, and are now the norm!

Wedding tip: cupcakes > cake

A wedding cake is the traditional route but we always see so much cake go to waste! Not as many guests grab a slice as you would think.

We suggest that you go for cupcakes, or even doughnuts for a sweet treat for your guests. You can always get a smaller cutting cake if you still want to get those cute newlywed pics!

This way you can just show up, enjoy, your big day and head home when the party is over. No extra stress, and no need to put your friends or family to work cleaning up!

As someone who has been 𝘷𝘰𝘭𝘶𝘯𝘵𝘰𝘭𝘥 to help clean up at a lot of friends' weddings, this is a big perk for you and your guests!
