Chocolate covered bacon is the best to kick off hors d'oeuvres hour. From our lovely bride and groom August 31st at "you were so amazing. I have no words truly. Literally EVERYONE has RAVED about the food and the service. There were absolutely zero complaints about it. The amount of times we heard “that was the best buffet we’ve had at a wedding” was near infinite! Haha. Ugh it was just so perfect- we’re so so happy."

Can we do plated dinners? It is actually our speciality. Throwback to Marsala chicken with wild mushroom, baby potatoes and chefs veg. Coming this weekend. Caprese Shooter Skewers, a pipette filled with balsamic reduction, tomato, bocconcini, basil. Refreshing and delicious. Skewer in mouth, squeeze the pipette and BOOM. Flavour explosion.
