After two straight weeks of seven beautiful weddings, I’m not mad about having a slower one on the books this weekend. ✨

Don’t get me wrong, every single celebration has been special, full of love, and completely worth the sore feet but I’m ready to have a Friday night, soak in the all the details of the wedding day tomorrow, and maybe even sneak in a Sunday coffee in my backyard that isn’t in a travel mug (iykyk 😂)

Here’s to a “quiet” weekend in a peak season wedding world 💕

Today starts another triple wedding weekend to finish off July — and yes, it’s as wild as it sounds.

Three weddings. Three venues. Three full days of timelines, vendor coordination, and running (not walking .. but maybe grooving 💃) to make sure every detail comes together just right. Peak season has been non-stop, but as always, we’re ready to make it all happen.

Each wedding has its own vibe and story — from being downtown, to then the rustic outdoors, and finishing off in the mountains. It’s a full-on mix of styles, and we’re here for every single shift and switch-up.

No matter how busy it gets, seeing it all come together for our couples makes it completely worth it. 🙌🏼

DIY weddings can be beautiful — but don't forget, they can also be overwhelming if you try to take on too much.

If you’re crafting centerpieces, making signage, building your own arch, AND organizing setup… you’re not giving yourself space to actually enjoy the day.

Here’s my rule: if it needs to be done or fixed on the wedding day, you probably don’t want to DIY it. Florals wilt, easels fall, signage gets misplaced. You should be sipping mimosas, not troubleshooting wood glue.

Let your people (and your planner 🙋‍♀️) take the pressure off. That way, your thoughtful DIY projects pull through shining and so do you.

3 weddings over the next 3 days. 🙌🏼

A triple header means long days, quick turnarounds, and no room for missed details. It’s full-on coordination mode — timelines in hand, sneakers on, and our team moving from one setup to the next with purpose.

We’re unloading décor bins, setting up spaces from scratch, checking in with vendors, adjusting layouts, solving problems before anyone even knows they existed, and keeping everything running on schedule (or getting it back on track when it’s not).

It’s fast-paced, detailed, and always changing — but this is exactly what we’re built for. 💁🏼‍♀️

Back at the beautiful in Stanley Park today — one of our favorite spots for timeless, intimate celebrations. This venue always brings the cozy charm, especially with that glowing fireplace, but today? We definitely won’t be needing it. 🙌🏼

The sun is shining, the skies are clear, and the weather could not be more perfect. With windows lining the entire space, natural light pouring in and making everything feel extra vibrant and full of life. It’s one of those days where the whole room glows — no fire needed.

Grateful to be ending our triple header in this space with weather that’s giving pure summer romance vibes.

One of the things we love most about weddings? When couples make the day truly their own. Whether it’s a small detail or a big moment, weaving in elements that reflect your story, your personalities, and your shared quirks makes the celebration that much more meaningful.

We’ve had a couple who are obsessed with Christmas—they had festive crackers at each table setting for their guests to pop open during dinner. It added such a joyful, lighthearted energy to the room and made the night feel even more personal.

This weekend, one of our couples is swapping out the traditional bouquet toss for something that feels more “them” - a plushie cat toss. Whoever catches it? They’ll be “next” to adopt a cat. It’s sweet, fun, and a perfect reflection of what matters to them.

And of course, signature cocktails inspired by beloved pets have become a favorite - like a whiskey sour named after their dog or a margarita to their cat’s name. It’s those kinds of details that bring the celebration to life.
