The goal for our services is to help your dream wedding day unfold just the way you have imagined with all the details while you can enjoy your special day with your guests and each other!

As the year comes to a close, I’m feeling incredibly grateful 🤍

This year was filled with so much growth and clarity — both personally and within my business. It was a year of stepping fully into this role, trusting the process, and building something that truly feels aligned.

It was my first full year running Amanda Marie Events full time and officially closing the door on my 9–5. That chapter ending made space for deeper focus, bigger goals, and the ability to show up even more fully for my couples.

This year also introduced me to an incredible wedding planning community and the opportunity to be part of monthly gatherings. Thankyou for all that you do for us! Being surrounded by support, inspiration, and shared passion made this year even more meaningful.

Thank you to our 53 couples, amazing vendors and venues who trusted myself and team throughout the year. 2025 was truly special, and I’m so excited for what’s ahead.

This season is all about slowing down, soaking up time with loved ones, and reflecting on what’s ahead. 🤍

As we move through Christmas week, we’ll be embracing the holiday spirit while still being here for our couples. Amanda Marie Events is open — all previously scheduled meetings will continue, and emails will still be monitored and responded to. Things may be a little quieter, but we’re never far away.

Golden hour, salty breeze, and the kind of light that makes everything feel a little softer 🤍
 Even with the wild weather we’ve been having, moments like these remind me why beach portraits will always have my heart. The waves might be unpredictable, but the magic is always worth it.

Watching a bride walk barefoot in the sand, dress gathered in her hands and completely in the moment, is one of those little joys I’ll never get over. And can we talk about this gown? The lace, the movement, the way it catches the sunset .. an absolute dream from every angle.

There’s just something about the glow, the sand, and a gown that comes alive in the golden light ✨

Still thinking about this August ceremony at 😍 
A celebration was filled with traditions, so much love, and the breaking of the glass is always a special and fun moment to witness. After 22 years together, these two finally tied the knot, and it honestly could not have been more perfect.

The chuppah was one of my favourite details of the day. It was crafted so thoughtfully and dressed in the most gorgeous florals by ! It created the dreamiest backdrop for their vows and felt so fitting for their story.

This wedding stands out as a favourite because of how fun, energetic, and heartfelt the whole evening was. From the ceremony to cocktail hour into the reception, everything felt warm, lively, and so connected to who they are.

A little reminder for couples planning right now: your wedding day can look exactly how you want it to. There’s no cookie-cutter way to do this. You get to choose what reflects you, your traditions, and the feel you want for your day .. of course the only rules are the boring legal bits to make it official (and don’t worry, those are easy to take care of anyways 🥰).

And when you fully lean into what feels genuine to you — that’s when the day becomes unforgettable. 🤍

I’m your planner, coordinator, problem-solver, cheerleader, and ultimate bestie. I smooth timelines, organize every moving part, and handle all the behind-the-scenes chaos with a smile and laughter. From your first inquiry to the moment you hit the dance floor, I bring the “don’t worry, I got you” energy so you can actually enjoy every single moment.

Nearly 10 years ago, I discovered a passion that grew into a clear vision .. a detail-obsessed, heart-led business. It all started as a fun hustle while I was on summer breaks from my day job but I never imagined it would grow into my new full-time career. Wedding after wedding, couple after couple, it became clear this was my calling — and eventually, I left a job I loved of 15 years to follow it wholeheartedly.

A moment for the veil. Something that can completely transform your bridal portraits. If you want photos like these, here’s some suggestions to keep in mind:

1. Choose a soft tulle veil → it catches light beautifully and gives you that effortless movement.

2. Go longer if you want drama → the longer the veil, the more flow and lift your photographer can work with.

3. Tell your photographer ahead of time → veil shots take intention. Let them know you want those sweeping, romantic moments so they can plan for them during portraits.

Today might not have had that July heat (hello, November!), but the sunshine had the same warm, feel good, golden energy. It’s funny how a bright fall day can spark the same feeling as a summer wedding — calm, glowy, and full of quiet beauty.
