Meet Brendon, one half of the dynamic duo behind Oxford Ice Cream, and a man of many talents. Not only does he create some of the most delightful creamy combinations with his engineering background, but he's also plays the keys, and is a dedicated commercial realtor. Brendon hails from the vast, beautiful prairies east of the Rocky Mountains, but he's made the Pacific Northwest his home for many years.
