It’s been a busy summer on the Lynn Valley Trail for hikers, runners, cyclists and walkers.
It’s also been a busy time for Lynn Valley Trail Association Directors as they worked to maintain the trail for all users.
For the past several years, the LVT board focus has been on accessibility, advocacy and conservancy, promoting biodiversity and connecting with users.
For the second year, the board has partnered with Eric Pond Designs to provide 'Trail Folk' merchandise that is now available for pre-order.
Hoodies as well as short and long-sleeve Tee-shirts with the unique Lynn Valley Trail graphic are now available and are great for gifting as the holidays approach. Shop on-line for Trail Folk merchandise until Nov. 3. When your order is ready in two weeks, you will be contacted for pickup at either Port Dover Jewellery & Gifts in Port Dover or Boyco's Source for Sports in Simcoe.
But wait! You don’t have to leave out your favourite cat or dog. They can become a Trail Wagger. For $25.00, Port Dover Jewellery and Gifts will engrave an LVTA tag with your pet’s name and your phone number. After which, a photo of your pet will be featured on the LVTA website.
