First off the Stollen. Filled with dried fruits, nuts and homemade marzipan.

German Stollen have been around for nearly 700 years and are one of the most famous and beloved of all Christmas pastries. Made with homemade candied orange peel and marzipan (both super easy to make), it is Flaky, moist, and divinely flavorful, homemade German Christmas Stollen are INCREDIBLE! Just ask my hubby!

Busy Sunday - orders to fill (breads & quiches) - mini apple pies.

Also testing a new recipe little chocolate & coconut cupcakes. Tried to replicate one of my grandma’s recipe. They worked out and gluten free!

Yes I am tooting my own horn today. This is the best gluten free fudgy chocolate cake recipe I created. It stays moist, super chocolaty and taste so good.

This version has an orange sirup, it can be made with different flavours and fillings.

Dates square cookies, it’s been a while!

These are perfect with a cup of coffee (or tea!) on a lazy fall afternoon.

Came up with this recipe to cut down the calories of the dated squares! It worked and they are delicious. Satisfies my craving.

Made these tarts for a Réseautage Citoyen Laurentides meeting where we laughed, strategized and came up with a plan for the future of our group.

Gluten free caramelized onions, sweet potato, Toulouse sausages and cheese. Such a great combo.

I had the privilege to create this beautiful couple’s wedding cake.

A delightful mix of raspberry jelly, lemon curd and rich vanilla cake all toped with swiss meringue buttercream.

It was such a wonderful wedding, family, friends and so much love.

A few bakes this weekend

Profiteroles for dessert. They did not last very long. PB and caramelized bananas and Orange chocolate. Loved the flavours and texture of the puffs.

Today’s breakfast, cinnamon rolls. Hot out of the oven with a coffee, perfect after a long hike with the dogs.
