I’ve start making decorations since 2009 for my daughters Birthday Party’s. I was born in Peru and was raised in Canada since I was 10. Before Pandemic I just to go back to Peru 🇵🇪every 2 years to Find birthday supplies for my daughters Birthdays -( Party’s decorations in Peru are just beyond cute 💖). I started Déco & Confetti as a Hobbie for family and friends. Little by little friends talk to other friends and here we are, almost Officially 2 years. We take pride of our complete custom decors. We offer a variety of decors that included personalize sweets.
