ULethbridge Conference & Event Services The University of Lethbridge Conference & Event Services oversees both the Conference & Event Services and Lux Hotel.

Lux Hotel provides full-service accommodations from May to August. Conference & Event Services offers support for events year-round. The University of Lethbridge Lux Hotel offers full hotel service accommodations between the months of June-August. As the only hotel located in West Lethbridge, we offer convenient access to the University and downtown core. We are located in one of the newest buildi

ngs on campus: Mount Blakiston House, completed in the Fall of 2013. You will enjoy the clean, fresh, affordable accommodations of the U of L. We offer Executive, 2 Bedroom, and 4 Bedroom Apartment style suites all in our residence building, Mount Blakiston House. Our executive meeting spaces can accommodate groups of 5 to 500 and we offer a wide range of conference and event management packages to fit any budget. Our facilities include

- Lecture Halls
- Ballrooms and more
We will be sure to find the ideal for your displays, presentations, exhibitions, speakers, debates, and career fairs. Whatever your requirements we can provide or coordinate services for every aspect of your event, from catering to room set-ups: Tables, chairs, podiums, audio-visual equipment, print services, and anything else you can think of! Why hold your next event at the University of Lethbridge? University facilities are public facilities. That means we have a responsibility to make the best use of all our assets. Our goal, therefore, is to make it easy and convenient for you to access our facilities and services! Conference & Event Services allocates University resources on a first-come-first-serve basis. Our department coordinates both internal and external events with the ability to take care of all your logistical needs. We offer cost-effective, dependable, and convenient services, at a standard that our clients have come to expect from us. Our campus is wheelchair accessible with plenty of parking.

Great way to support our students this season!!

Student Affairs is planning the second annual Student Holiday Sale and is looking for donations of new and gently used items. 🎁

The purpose of the sale is to give cash-strapped students the chance to buy gifts for family and friends or to pick up a little something for themselves. The items will be priced low; all monies raised will go to emergency student bursaries.

🔵 Please drop off your donations to the Student Enrolment and Registrar Services (SEARS) office by Friday, November 29.

🔵 The sale will take place on Friday, December 6, in the PE Atrium, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
