We are excited to announce that we will be hanging out at the Theoretically Brewing Co. theory.brew from December 19-21 from 4-8ish each night. A little beer paired with a little cheese….delightful! 🍻🧀😁

AWESOME NEWS! Jeff is all healed up and got the go ahead from the surgeon!
👉 We will be heading out to Peavey Mart Lethbridge tomorrow, SATURDAY, DECEMBER 14 from 11:30-2:00ish.
To ease back into things, we will be offering a limited menu but not to worry, we will definitely have Cheesy Broccoli Soup and Philly’s available! We can’t wait to see you! 🧀😁

Thank you vesanopizza for the chat and for the delicious supper! If you all have a chance, please stop in to see them before they leave for new adventures in Invermere. Their last day open in Lethbridge at Theoretically Brewing Company is Saturday, December 14. They are definitely worth the visit! We wish you much success! 🩷

Hooray! The third time was a charm! Jeff finally had surgery on his hand on Friday. So far he’s doing well and on the mend. This however means we will be sidelined for the next few weeks while he recovers. Once he gets the ok from the surgeon that all is good, we will be back out to serve up the Cheezyness to you all! 🧀😁

Jeff and I sit here today in disbelief, a little overwhelmed and so grateful to everyone who took the time to check out CommunityVotes Lethbridge 2024 and voted for us in the Food Truck Category. We are truly humbled by all of the support not only the community has shown us but within the food truck community itself. Congratulations to all of the food truckers! What amazing company to be associated with. This has been such an incredible first year for us and we can not wait to continue to serve you all Super Cheesy Food!

Today, Nov 2, you can find us hanging out at Arcadium Lethbridge until 4:00ish. Come try our SPECIAL, The Beef Dip! Under the Gouda & Cheese Sauce you’ll find 1/3lb of Roast Beef with Rosemary Au Jus for dipping. Quantities are limited!

So once again we are having issues with our brand new generators running. We are picking up our old generator and will return to Peavey Mart Lethbridge as quick as we can. We’re so sorry for the inconvenience!

After 2 bumped surgeries and some much needed repairs on the Cheesy, we are ready to come out and feed you some Super Cheesy food!
