The Ability Resource Christmas Lunch. Everyone hits the dance floor at 11 am and has the best time!

Arrabiatta with Prawns; a little bit spicy and a little bit complex.

Hug my daughter.

We’re honoured to be an official Angel Tree drop-off location again this year, a place where gifts become real moments of joy for local kids and families.

You can drop off donations at the Sandman Signature Lethbridge Lodge now through December 21.

Behind every Prime Catering event is a team of 32 culinary professionals who bring skill, creativity, and heart to the table. ❤️

Among them are nine Red Seal chefs, eight culinary diplomas, and countless stories shaped by training, mentorship, and experience — many beginning at Lethbridge Polytechnic.

It’s a team built on passion, collaboration, and the simple goal of making every plate memorable. 🍽️

Everyone, say hi to Jean! 👋 If you’ve been to one of our events, chances are he's leading the team and making sure everything runs smoothly.

🍽️ What’s your favourite event you’ve worked with Prime, and why?
Fundraisers are always a highlight! It feels good knowing we’re helping raise money for local charities. Plus, the food and entertainment never disappoint!

🍽️ What’s something most people don’t know about you?
Everyone assumes I speak French because of my name, Jean Louis.

🍽️ What’s your ideal day off look like?
Sitting on a beach, by the water.

🍽️ What’s your walk-on song if you entered every shift like a wrestling match?

A toasted peanut butter, cucumber, and salt & pepper sandwich.
