Our guests enjoyed a crisp Caesar salad to start, sun-dried tomato-stuffed chicken with creamy mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables, and a delicious Tiramisu for dessert.

We had the honour of providing nutritious meals for the Shad ULethbridge students this month!

This unique summer study program allows a handful of grade 10 and 11 students to participate in a STEAM-focused program that incorporates a hands-on, collaborative learning approach with access to academic and entrepreneurial mentors.

The University of Lethbridge is one of 22 universities (and growing) from across Canada that play host to the month-long program each July.

The daily meals challenged our team to tackle one of the largest (almost 5,000 meals) and longest ongoing catering events we've ever had and we're loving every minute of it!
