BLOOMdiggity began November 1st, 2019. Officially, anyways. But its roots are much deeper and widespread. That’s our insightful way of saying that we made the transition to 100% local on November 1st, 2019, but we’ve been highlighting your special moments with fab flowers for much longer as a former FP Franchise. Submission: "Tidal"

Sometimes a 'contest' is simply an opportunity to flex the creative muscles. This sort of design is very soothing to me. I'd say it's probably because I only have to worry about how I feel about it, buuuuut... We are our harshest critics, so. 🤷 That certainly isn't it.

Being in the palette of Delphinium (especially specific varieties of which only one was available to me at this time), I was naturally drawn to the concept of water. I had a vision of water bursting through our brick wall and splashing onto the floor, with petals and Amaranthus mimicking ripples and water lines.

Did it turn out exactly how I envisioned it? No. But truthfully, no design ever really does -- and that's just how it is when working with fresh, perishable product that requires respect for its own natural movement!

I enjoyed the process immensely, and that's what matters. Like the water, my mind did its usual rush and swirl, and I could feel the thoughts fill my head until I had to tip my head back and remember to breathe. Eventually, I remember to stop fighting the current and embrace its flow; after floating for a while, everything gets quieter and more manageable.

And so it is when trying to contain those turbulent, overwhelming thoughts and emotions. They can build and build and threaten to drown you so easily. But if you allow them to flow, there can be beauty in the release and letting go.

BLOOMDIGGITY Floral Studio – Spreading Good Vibes, One Bloom at a Time!

Are you someone who finds beauty in the details? Love the idea of working with flora & fauna, keeping things tidy, and helping a floral studio thrive? If you’re a self-motivated, plant-loving, organization enthusiast, keep reading—this might just be your dream job!

We need a Part-Time Floral Assistant who:
🌿 Works well independently and stays on task without supervision.
🌿 Enjoys repetitive tasks and takes pride in efficiency & quality.
🌿 Has a passion for plants & their inner workings, and is eager to grow their cut flower knowledge.
🌿 Actually likes cleaning and keeping things neat (seriously, we love that).
🌿 Think you can break the record for the Jenga mountain of delivery boxes?!
🌿 Wants to be part of a team that believes flowers & plants make everything better!

What you’ll be doing:
💐 Caring for plants and supporting the behind-the-scenes magic of floral design.
💐 Prepping flowers, keeping them fresh & ready for diggilicious arrangements.
💐 Helping keep our studio space sparkling clean and organized.
💐 Sharing our love of plants & flowers with our customers (who are the literal best. No lie.)
