Thank you for your interest in the Lindsay Rugby Clubhouse.

The Lindsay Rugby Football Club (LRFC) is an amateur sports club and venue just outside of Lindsay, Ontario. Our clubhouse is available to rent for your event, wedding or party. The LRFC is a not-for-profit group that has a small and dedicated volunteer staff and we will do everything our power to make your event stress free and enjoyable. We have a wealth of experience in event planning and we are willing to answer any questions and provide assistance with your event. We have contacts with reputable DJ services, Caterers, Tent rentals, ticket printing and even stage and sound for outdoor concerts.

We are located at 67 Vince Jones Rd, in the City of Kawartha Lakes. We own 100 acres with a 5000 square foot banquet hall that has a fully licensed bar. The facility also boasts a westerly exposed 35 by 50 patio. Our capacity is 300 inside and 40 on the patio.

Club members, friends and guests: On your way to and from the club, slow it down a bit. Especially on Post Rd., where it is not paved. Our neighbours have kids and pets running around outside and generally, they don't want to breath the dust rolling off the road. Thanks in advance.

The Lindsay Rugby Football Club has a fully licensed facility with a capacity of 300 people (plus 50 on the licensed patio) that is available to book for your event.

The Lindsay Rugby Clubhouse is available for rental for almost any occasion. We are able to host your event, whether it is a Wedding Reception, a Christmas Party or a team building event. Please contact us to discuss your needs and the fees that may apply. The Lindsay Rugby Club is fully licensed under the AGCO. No outside alcohol will be allowed on the premises.

Saturday rentals between May and September are limited.

The capacity of the club is 300 in the main hall and 50 on the patio, but realistically, about 150 can be seated for dinner, for a reception (less if you want a big dance floor)
