We’re so pleased to now be accepting hall bookings again! We’ve made some beautiful improvements to the Auk’s Lodge during the last two years, and we look forward to showing off our space and sharing it with the community again. Updated photos coming soon!

Due to the continuing effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, The Auk's Lodge Event Venue remains closed to the general public, and is not available for rentals or events.
During the closure, we have made some fantastic improvements to our space, and we look forward to the day when we can welcome the community back and show it off!

We have had the pleasure of hosting several different groups for conference-style bookings this week. These clients have opted to replace the Lodge furnishings with large round rental tables, and the space looks lovely.

Exciting things are happening at Auk's Lodge! We are thrilled to announce that we will be giving our space a makeover this summer! Welcome! The Auk's Lodge is located at Fleming College's Frost Campus in Lindsay, Ontario and is owned and operated by the nonprofit student government. Our venue is available for rental to accommodate your next event.
Whether you are hosting a bridal shower, a birthday party, a conference or a wedding, The Auk's Lodge is ready to welcome your guests.

The Auk's Lodge is approximately 5000 square feet, can accommodate 150 guests and is fully accessible.
The Auk's Lodge offers a casual rustic environment, featuring exposed post and beam construction and warm wood tones.
We offer a fully stocked licensed bar should your event require one and fully trained bartenders and management to ensure your event runs smoothly.

The stage is available and ready to rock should you wish to have a band or a DJ at your event. We also offer the use of our in-house sound system, and personalized playlists can be prepared when requested.

For meetings and presentations, the Auk's Lodge is equipped to meet your needs, offering a projector, microphone and a complement of AV equipment.

The Auk's Lodge has partnered with Aramark Foods to offer you the catering menu of your choice, from casual to plated service.
We welcome outside catering, but must advise that there is no kitchen available on site.

Please note, the Auk's Lodge does not host "Jack and Jill" type fundraisers. According to the rules set fourth by the AGCO, only licensed charities may hold fundraising events.

All event bookings are required to provide proof of private event insurance to venue management.
