Thank you Boundary Ford for asking us to once again cater your Christmas Party supper.
Their menu of choice was…Caesar salad, mashed potatoes, carrots with peas in butter and dill, Perogies, cabbage rolls, roast beef and all the trimmings. Dessert choices were skor bar cake, pumpkin delight, pistachio layered and cheesecake with blueberry topping.

We served a lovely wedding yesterday. A wonderful couple to work with. Their choice of menu: Greek salad, coleslaw, mashed potatoes, mixed veggies, roast beef, gravy and condiments and for dessert cheesecake cupcakes. Thank you Shanae and Derrick…the pleasure was all ours!l

Yesterday we ventured off to St Walburg to cater a wedding.
Their choice of menu was: Caesar salad, broccoli/cauliflower salad, mashed potatoes, mixed veggies, roast beef, gravy and all the trimmings. For dessert: strawberry shortcake, skor bar cake and peach trifle(which I may add is awesome to die for yummy!).
Many thanks to the bride and groom , Damien and Jolene, for asking us to serve your wedding. The pleasure was all ours.
Huge thank you to our awesome crew, Brie, Ruth, Pam, Iralynn and always Jim.

Busy day in this kitchen…6 pans of squares, 6 dozen cookies and 5 dozen butter tarts…
I did things a little bassackwards….cleaned my oven and scrubbed kitchen floor yesterday…today I baked🤦🏻‍♀️

It’s 5:30 AM…Turkeys are cooking, potatoes are peeled, salads are prepped, desserts are made and buns are fresh, let’s serve a thanksgiving dinner to a corporate client…then we serve another corporate customer roast beef supper.
It’s a busy busy day ……

Their menu of choice was : ceasar salad, greek salad, mashed potatoes, mixed veggies, perogies, chicken florentine and roast beef with skor bar cake, cheesecake, lemon delight and gluten free strawberry layered dessert.
Cory and Shaylene, the pleasure was all ours.

Desserts are made…skor bar cake x 4, cheesecake x 2, lemon delight x2 and gluten free strawberry layered. Greek salad is prepped, potatoes are peeled, carrots are peeled. Car is loaded to take one load to hall. Centrepieces are done. Let’s have a wedding tomorrow…….

This past weekend we catered a family reunion for Saturday supper and Sunday lunch
Their menu of choice for supper was: ceasar salad, broccoli cauliflower salad, baked potato, carrots with parsnips with a honey butter glaze, cabbage rolls, perogies, roast beef and for dessert : death by chocolate , lemon layer delight, Oreo cheesecake and fruit trifle. Sunday lunch was : macaroni salad, coleslaw(Donna style) cucumbers in a creamy sauce and pulled pork. For dessert it was strawberry shortcake.
I want to say thank you to the Jurke family for asking us to serve you. The pleasure was all ours…

Thank you to Austin and Abby for choosing us to cater their beautiful wedding, the pleasure was our.
Their menu of choice was :ceasar salad, broccoli cauliflower salad, roasted baby red potatoes, carrots with butter dill, roast beef, gravy, buns and desserts were: skor bar cake, lemon layer , strawberry cheesecake and a. very yummy fruit salad.

Tomorrow we finish a very busy week….two lunches and supper delivered today..…lunch tomorrow then I cook for however many of my children, grandchildren and great grandchildren want to come for a bbq on Sunday. Hey kids I promise potato salad…😋😘

Breakfast has been delivered…French toast, scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit and orange juice.
Working on lunch, sliders (homemade burgers) coleslaw and chocolate cake for dessert.
Then we serve supper…ceasar salad, mashed potatoes, carrots and beans with basil, roast beef, gravy and for dessert…lemon layered delight and strawberry shortcake.
Then we sleep until we repeat on Thursday…
Oh woe is me!!!!

Today I have the honour of serving Burton Cummings who is at the Vic Juba Community Theatre tonight….anyone who would like to help I will start bidding at $200.00…highest bidder gets to come help me. But before them I am serving lunch to my friends of the Lloydminster Sexual Assault Centre.
