I, personally, have had better 😓.
Today, while going to pickup my refill helium tank for all your wonderful orders this weekend, I was at a complete loss for words when the price I was given was nearly $65 more than I usually spend on it.
While to some, this may not seem like a lot, this is an over 33% increase from mere weeks ago when I refilled last.
I try my very, VERY best to have competitive prices to even have a chance of competing with the likes of the Big Box giants. Last year when my tanks were increased by 25%, I bit the bullet and kept the pricing the same because, again, I wanted to try my best to give the most afforable options I can to you all 💜. Although the price they are charging me for helium has risen significantly, I noticed while I was there that the prices they charge their customers for helium balloons has not increased at all. It seems the big guys are trying to push the smaller guys out, and it's truly sad to experience and try to navigate through 😔.
I am now left with no choice but to increase my prices for all helium arrangements starting today. While I know this is an inconvenience to many, please know that I will always strive to make your orders the absolute best that I can! If this means that helium is no longer in the picture for you, I have many, many air filled designs I can offer, which do last longer than helium 😊.
Please know this is something I never, ever wish to do. Truly. But at the same time, please know, that when you are supporting a small business, you are supporting the dreams of someone local to you 💜. When you guys order from me, you don't help a multi-millionaire buy a 3rd beach home while they pay their employees the minimum they have to. You help me to put food on the table, pay our rent, feed and help give my fur babies the lives they deserve, and are helping us save for our first home. I couldn't be more honest and sincere when I say that the support I have been shown by this community in the past few years has brought me to tears more times than I can count. I am truly honored to have been chosen to be a part of some of your special days/events 💜💜.
While I know that especially during these times, cost is of utmost importance. I hope you will still consider supporting me 🎈. I love and appreciate each and every single one of you!
