Living in the Caribbean for 25+ years, I LOVE Curry Chicken Roti. I have added Curry Chicken "Lasagna" to my menu NOSH Scratch Kitchen. Ingredients include tender chicken thighs, onions, potatoes, sweet potatoes, and a scrumptious curry (with a little zing) sauce layered between handmade roti skins. Topped with a cooling cilantro yoghurt sauce. Each tray serves 2 - 3. $20 per tray.

WOW! Had such an amazing 3 days in Toronto this week learning all the Food Service things :) Such an incredible and educational Restaurant Canada Show. There were over 1,200 exhibitors/vendors, 8 pavilions, and stages to learn from. Plenty of food and drink samples and so many AWESOME product, packaging, delivery, and customer satisfaction ideas. Hoping to take all this new knowledge and bring new ideas to London to grow Nosh Scratch Kitchen.
