Learned a brand new skill this holiday.... making handpulled Chinese noodles (Lamian) 😍

These noodles are super simple in terms of ingredients, but they take a little time and patience. It was fun to try a new thing and made me miss being in the kitchen. 🥰

We fried these up with king oyster mushrooms and steamed Asian greens, and my friend Dean made a delicious, spicy sauce. Yummmmmmm!!!!

I very rarely use an actual recipe but I saw post this recipe for a white bean sauce made with confit garlic, topped with harissa roasted vegetables and pistachios and I just hadddddddd to.

The results? 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍

10/10 would recommend tossing your veggies in harrisa before roasting! And this dip is good on literally EVERYTHING. ❤️
