I am OBSESSED with how these beach photos turned out!! I have been fortunate the last few years to get to shoot this beautiful family and this year, is hands down, my most favourite of them all (aside from the barn picture from last year....hehe). When I told Lisa what type of a background it was, I explained a colour tone that would look good, and man, did she ever nail it!!

Thank you Lisa and Kevin (and to each of the handsome boys as well) for allowing me the privilege of capturing your family photos again. You guys are so much fun to shoot!!

They say it takes a village to raise a child, but in some circumstances it takes a village to have a child. Meet Lyndsay, a good friend of mine who I have known since grade school. She is also known as a living super hero.

Lyndsay has dedicated her life, for the last 5 years, to surrogacy, which has been far from easy for her, and her family. Lyndsay does this because she is selfless, has the biggest heart and truly just enjoys the joy she gets from watching these families experience the same love and admiration as she has with her own two girls.

Lyndsay, I am so proud of you. I am not only proud of you for making the decision to help these families that are now your families, but I am proud of you for your determination. When many (and i mean most), would have walked away from surrogacy, you held on. You held on and gave it your all and even through all your struggles, you still continue to stand tall with such grace and beauty.

Thank you for giving me the honour of being in the room with you on Tuesday night to witness this miracle you created. You were such a champ throughout your delivery. You are one incredible woman and I am proud to call you my friend.

Craig (and to the girls), thank you for supporting Lyndsay through these last 5 years. I personally know how much work it is. Its not easy, yet you continue to show Lyndsay so much love and support. You have showed your true colours to the world over the last 5 years and you truly deserve the title of the best husband (and kiddos). P.S I will never forget that you were the first one to cry in the delivery room.

Steve and Brandon. Congratulations on the delivery of the most adorable little man. I am so thankful to have finally met you guys and I thank you for loving and supporting Lyndsay and Craig and the girls throughout this journey. I am honoured to have been there to capture these moments and I can't wait to watch Levi grow up and to get to know you guys better.

These two lovebirds chose one of the hottest days of the year to get married but this did not stop them for enjoying every minute of their day. They got married in one of the busiest parks in London, but they found the most peaceful, quiet and calm location under some beautiful trees to say their vows, with their very closest family and friends present. It was absolutely perfect.

Congratulations to Tiffany and Brian on the most beautiful and intimate wedding. I wish you a lifetime of love and happiness.

As you make your way into the world, never lose sight of who you were, who you are, and who you are meant to be. You were born to do great things and I have no doubt that you will do just that.

They say rain on your wedding is good luck and I truly believe that's exactly what Kaitlin and Rory got. With a lot of rain leading up to their wedding, and with threatening clouds the day of, these two were showered with the perfect amount of luck just moments before they said "I do"

Kait stepped out of the car and walked to the end of the aisle and it started to rain. She put on the most beautiful smile and started her walk down the aisle. Before she got to the end where she would meet her soon to be husband, the clouds broke, and the rain stopped. It rained for a total of what felt like 30 seconds. Enough to give everyone a little scare, enough to provide them with good luck, and just enough to show them that there is always good behind every little worry we may have. I truly even wonder if the bride or groom even noticed the rain to be honest.

Kait and Rory share a unique kind of love. One that even if I tried, I wouldn't be able to explain. I have known Kait her whole life as she is one of my cousins, and Rory I only met on their wedding day, but getting to witness the love that they share for each other was intoxicating. The way they speak to each other, the way that Rory looks at Kait, and just the way that they get each other, is beautiful to watch.

Thank you Kait and Rory for giving me the honour and pleasure to be there to witness your vows, but also to capture the moments throughout your day.

Would you look at the cuteness overloadddddd in these photos! I got to photgraph the cutest and most adorable kiddos this weekend, along with 6 of the most sweetest little bunnies from Sweeties Rescue. I just absolutely adore this sweet little babe, Elaina. I was blessed to photograph her birth just a few weeks ago, and then last week I was honoured to be invited into her home to take some newborn photos of her and her mommy and daddy. It's not everyday you get to witness a miracle happen (unless you're a midwife or L & D nurse)!!!! Well guess what? I did, and man, the experience is full of powerful emotions and wish I could do this EVERY. SINGLE. DAY!!

2 weeks ago, I was honoured to get to witness, and capture the moment that Mckayla & Wyatt became parents. After what seemed like a million months, and with such elegance and beauty, a beautiful little girl was brought earthside and placed into her loving parents arms, where she is soooooo loved.

Congratulations Mckayla and Wyatt, Elaina is perfect. I am thankful to have met you guys and I have been so honoured to play a special role in your lives over the last few months and look forward to watching you grow as a family. xo

I don't often do newborn shoots, but when I get asked to, I absolutely love doing them. I have known Kaitlyn her whole life. Her grandma, and my mom were childhood best friends so this one is super special for me. Kaitlyn and Josh come every year for Christmas Mini's with their two beautiful pups and this year, I am soooo excited to get to do Baby A's first Christmas photos (that is if they bring him to me LOL). Thank you for choosing and trusting me to capture these memories. I am so incredibly happy and excited for you both as you enter this journey of parenthood. I hope you like your sneak peaks :) xo
