This year was our very first Airshow - and wow, what an experience! ✈️ We can’t wait to be back again.

September is going to be a busy one, and we’re hard at work in the kitchen getting ready. Between weddings, corporate events, and street spots, there’s lots happening!

Just like that - September is nearly here! We hope everyone gets to enjoy the long weekend before back to school. It’s starting to feel a little crisp and we are looking forward to some fall menu items- think apple pie, and our turkey and stuffing pierogi. What else do you want to see us feature?

September has ramped up to be a busy one for us! We still have a few weddings to cater this season along with some corporate events and a few schools.

You folks have been keeping us busy all summer long - it’s been a wild ride with the pierogi truck! We’ve been to a ton of weddings, some backyard bashes and lots of fun corporate events. We really do love to make people happy with good food - it’s what makes us keep going!

One of the best parts of what we do? We get to roll into some pretty sweet spots and be part of some seriously fun events.

Every now and then, we get invited back to places that feel like home - and that’s exactly how we feel about Anderson Craft Ales. 🍻

This Saturday August 09 , they’re throwing down for 9 Years of Beer, and we’re so pumped to be part of the party again! A local legend, a good time guaranteed, and of course - a perfect excuse to serve up our classics and a few special flavours just for the occasion.

There’ll be live music, great food, cold beer, and good times - rain or shine!

We’re keeping busy this week with school visits, corporate cravings, and a backyard party fit for royalty! 👑 Did you know you can book us for your own private event? From office lunches to backyard hangs—we bring the pierogi party to you.

We also offer lots of catering items if you’re planning a small gathering, a baby shower, or any other celebration- send us a shout !

Well it dawned on me yesterday that it was a big day …
🎉 SIX YEARS of pierogi pinching, parking in weird places and learning new things— and we’re rollin’ toward 5,000 amazing followers?! 🥟💛

When I started this little pierogi dream on wheels, I had no clue how wild, rewarding, and downright delicious the ride would be. From your first bites to your repeat visits, every single one of you has helped keep this truck rolling.

It feels like just yesterday that I opened that service window for the first time. I still forget things, and I still get nervous when I have a busy week ahead - but hey, I’m still here and I’m still trying! I sure couldn’t have done this without the help of my family(TRULY) and some really really good friends - THANK YOU!

So to celebrate 6 YEARS in the biz and say THANK YOU as we inch toward 5K followers, we’re throwing a big ol’ GIVEAWAY! 🎁🎉

One of the best parts of owning a food truck? The view from our “office” changes every day! This week, we’ve been serving up lunch to some seriously hardworking crews at corporate events, and we’re just getting started.
