I was with Voyago Schools Division and went through their in-house training program. It really is a great place to work! I always went in with a smile looking forward to my day. The work is rewarding and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Going through their training program has made me a better and calmer driver, other people pulling goofy stuff on the road doesn't anger me anymore. I am a better person having worked here and wished I could've transferred within. Pros: Personal fulfillment Cons: Sometimes chaotic depending on traffic

Just started at Voyago, as I took an early retirement from driving a bus for the city of Burlington. I have been in the transit industry for 25 years, and took an early retirement to have more time with my kids, and Voyago has offered and presented me with that opportunity. From Management/Supervisors to the HR Department and training staff, this is a great company to work for. This is a company that prides itself on taking care of the vulnerable and people who need assistance, so if that’s not your thing then don’t bother because you will be weeded out very quickly. Everyone I have met to date, have been absolutely fantastic and understanding, as I was quite nervous taking an early retirement, but they made my decision so much easier. Pros: Man/HR/training staff/coworkers. Cons: Seeing sick and vulnerable people going through there struggles.

I was working with Voyago Schools Division recently and I have to say the experience I had was absolutely great! The work atmosphere and fellow staff always have a kind word. I see smiles on my co-workers faces all the time. I loved working with Voyago and wish I could have transferred to my new area. The training department was great and walked you through the process of getting your bus license (big yellow or wheelchair). I am a better and calmer driver after going through their in house training program. I can't thank the training team or dispatchers enough, they have made my time at Voyago so enjoyable. I liked going into work for a change. I'm going to miss my kids and co-workers, very rewarding experience. Thank you all at Voyago. It really is a great place to work!

I have worked with Voyago for several years, and yesterday I went to take my bus in for service. From the start, my day was great! I was greeted in a friendly and welcoming manner, and my manager came to see me personally. To my surprise and excitement, I was handed the money I won in a draw for writing a review for Voyago—what a wonderful way to be recognized!

On top of that, I was informed that I had been audited, and my pay will reflect this in the next pay period, which was great news. Moments like these remind me why I value working here.

Through the years, as with any relationship, there have been ups and downs, but overall, my experience with Voyago has been positive. Their efforts to maintain a good work environment and show appreciation for their employees do not go unnoticed. For these reasons, I gave Voyago 4 out of 5 stars.

I love driving a school bus. I was looking for part time work at a good wage. I think I have found it here. I drive a longer run than I was looking for but I really enjoy the children that are on my route. I took early retirement so this works for me. I am very happy with my decision to join this company. When I first joined I was a spare driver I really didn't care for that. You cover other drivers routes if they are sick. But once I got my own route I really started to enjoy this job. Pros: Free B drivers license. Lots of training Cons: Being a spare driver while waiting for your own route.
