Hello!
I’m so excited that you are here!
Since this renting adventure is so new and there are many new followers, I thought I’d introduce myself. I’m Shauna, a mother of 3 kiddos and 2 giant pups. A good cup of coffee and comfortable, flattering yet stylish fashion are 2 of my fav things! I am the owner of Lace Boutique Fashions in Lucan, On. Hosting events makes me happy. 🌷At Lace, I host Fashion Shows and Ladies Night Out Series events and workshops. When we (mostly my super handy hubby, Jeff!) renovated this property in Lucan, it was very important for me to create a space that was beautiful for people to enjoy and have an outdoor space for our Fashion Shows and events. Just wait until our backyard garden patio is ready this Season-it’s incredible! I love doing the food and creating cocktails for the bar for our events, hence I put in a commercial kitchen to make this possible. Last Summer I ran our backyard patio with fresh baking, signature sangria, charcuterie plates and baileys lattes. It was amazing! However, I had to turn down so many requests to rent the space. I couldn’t see how to do both. So fast forward to this Spring. Here I am opening up my fav space to you to enjoy with your guests. The Garden Patio, Living Room and Kitchen will still be used for our events, just not weekly. And, to my photographer friends out there…the non-direct natural light, bright airy feel and 2-story window make the Living Room an incredible studio to take photos. This photo of me was taken in the space during a photoshoot with Jennifer Campbell Photography.

Well...it's official!

Lace Boutique Rentals is live and I can't wait to share our space with you! Last year we had so much interest that it's time to open It up for others to enjoy. ❤️Think of our space as studio space for your next photography shoot, a lovely room for your next small family gathering, baby shower, bridal shower, birthday party, anniversary party, etc. Plus, we have a beautiful commercial kitchen that is ready for your creative chef skills! And yes, our incredible backyard patio will be available for rent starting in May!
